The Flockhart Deli is a space to enjoy a great coffee, be served a deli-fresh breakfast, gourmet pizza or pasta, or pick up your favourite brew and roll to go.
It’s a space for families, artists, workers on the go and everyone in between – drop in and have a fine meal, chat over a Devonshire tea or work for hours on our free wifi sipping one our four carefully selected coffee roast option.
If you’re a resident of the Precinct or a nearby building, or are otherwise a local, be sure to ask for a Flockhart loyalty card, providing regular free brews for coffee aficionados, invitations to events and notifications of menu updates and specials.
The Flockhart Deli can cater for all of your events, in house or delivered to your office. Whether it's a team meeting, special events, training session or a birthday party, our space and fantastic chefs have you covered.
The Deli has seating for up to fifty indoors (more outside) and can be separated by our mobile art wall to create a dedicated space for up to 25 centred by the long table.
The Flockhart Deli is kids-friendly, with a chalkboard, high chairs, toys and full changing facilities in the bathroom available. Birthday parties and even your special cake can be arranged on request.

Hands down the best spot in Richmond/Abbotsford. Extremely good value and the service is stellar, but it’s the Top notch quality that sets this place apart from anywhere else. I usually come in the mornings for a coffee and their artisan bacons and egg rolls or BLAT and tonight I went there for their dinner menu for the first time. I got the New York strip which was served with golden roasted potatoes and Gorgonzola sauce. I was blown away with the quality and huge portions! Do yourself a favour and come here for dinner one night, or 7 a week.

Hidden Gem. Tucked away amongst apartment complexes, Flockhart Deli is a slice of the arts accompanied with great food and drink. My partner and I ordered iced chais, scones and the B.A.T. All were of great quality and the owner established a warm, welcoming atmosphere whilst checking on us frequently. The prices were reasonable and it was great to see local artists showcased. We definitely recommend visiting this tucked away gem.
